Algiers, Algeria | October 7th, 2024 — Algeria will showcase its national products at six major international exhibitions in 2025, according to an announcement by the Algerian Agency for the Promotion of Foreign Trade (ALGEX) on Sunday.
These exhibitions, dedicated to promoting Algerian products, will take place in Mauritania, Ethiopia, Côte d’Ivoire, China, Jordan, and the Sultanate of Oman. The diverse range of products from various sectors will be displayed with the authorization for sale. The exact dates will be coordinated with Algerian embassies in the respective countries.
Participation in Major International Trade Fairs
In addition to these special exhibitions, Algeria will take part in several prominent international trade fairs in 2025, including:
- Hanoi International Fair (Vietnam) in April
- Tripoli International Fair (Libya) in May
- Sfax International Fair (Tunisia) in June
- Dar es Salaam International Fair (Tanzania) in July
- Accra International Fair (Ghana) in October
- Havana International Fair (Cuba) in November
- Dakar International Fair (Senegal) from November to December
Specialized Trade Shows
Algeria is also set to participate in nine specialized trade shows, including the International Food and Drink Event (IFE) in London (UK) in March, Medic West Africa in Lagos (Nigeria) from April 16 to 18, Pharma Expo in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso) in May, Aqua Farm in Italy on February 12-13, and YAPI International Fair in Istanbul (Turkey) in April. Additionally, the country will be represented at the Breakbulk Europe in the Netherlands from May 15 to 18.
Further engagements include the Web Summit in Doha (Qatar) from February 23 to 26, the International Handicrafts Exhibition in Milan (Italy) from November 30 to December 7, and the Cairo International Book Fair in Egypt from January 24 to February 6, 2025.
This extensive participation in international forums highlights Algeria’s commitment to expanding its global market presence and promoting its diverse array of national products.
