SEAAL has officially opened the new headquarters for its Strategic Customers Unit, a specialized structure dedicated to key clients who represent a substantial share of the company’s operations, accounting for 18% of the water and sanitation revenue and 32% of the works and services revenue, with a billing volume representing 13% of the total.

This specialized unit marks a major advancement in professional customer relations by offering:

Reinforcing its proximity strategy, SEAAL has also inaugurated a new customer agency located at ADL 1516 Housing Estate, Ain Malha, Building D9, Unit 160, Bridge of Constantine, near the Moujahid Hossam Abdelkader High School and Mohamed Zouaoui Middle School.

Set to open its doors on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 8:30 a.m., this new agency offers numerous advantages to the residents of Ain Malha, Bridge of Constantine, Ain Naadja, and part of Bir Khadem, including:

• Simplified access to SEAAL services within their neighborhood.
• Efficient handling of customer requests.
• Enhanced complaint processing related to billing.
• Local payment services.

The agency will operate from Saturday to Thursday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., offering extended working hours to meet public needs more effectively.
