ALGIERS- Sidal Gaz, a subsidiary of the Sonatrach group specializing in the production and marketing of industrial and medical gases, has been accredited according to the ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 45001-2015 and 2018 standards by the German organization TÜV Rheinland.
According to a statement from Sonatrach, this new accreditation was obtained after verification and validation of Sidal Gaz’s quality, safety, and environmental protection system.
“This accreditation is a recognition of the effectiveness of the company’s management system and will enable it to achieve a level of performance in line with international standards,” the group’s statement reads. It further specifies that this accreditation will enhance Sidal Gaz’s credibility for its actions.
The ISO 9001-2015 certification focuses on quality management systems, ensuring that organizations consistently provide products and services that meet customer requirements. On the other hand, the ISO 45001-2015 and 2018 certification pertains to occupational health and safety management systems, demonstrating Sidal Gaz’s commitment to providing a safe and healthy work environment for its employees.
