A solidarity rally with the Palestinian people was organized on Thursday at the headquarters of the Palestinian Embassy in Algiers, to denounce the recent Zionist aggression against the Gaza Strip.
On this occasion, the Ambassador of the State of Palestine in Algeria, Fayez Abu Aita stressed that the Palestinian people are one people in the West Bank and in Ghaza, and will continue their struggle for the establishment of their State with Al -Qods.
He called the acts committed by the Zionist entity against the Palestinian people a “heinous crime”, calling on the international community to take firm positions to ensure protection for the Palestinian people.
He also called on “the international community, particularly the United States, to put an end to the policy of double standards”. “Crime is crime, murder is murder and occupation is occupation whether it is the Zionist entity or others,” he said.
The ambassador thanked “Algeria, Presidency, government and people, for its courageous positions and its constant support for the Palestinian people”, hailing its unwavering position with regard to the Palestinian question, as a central issue.
For his part, Fateh Sribli, president of the organization of free Algerian students, organizer of this solidarity rally, reiterated the support of the students for the Palestinian cause, denouncing the international policy of double standards and its inertia in the face of the blockade. imposed on the defenseless Palestinian people in a ruthless war against humanity in the face of the Zionist war machine.
He wished to salute “the audacious initiatives taken by the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmajid Tebboune to unite the Palestinian factions”.
