Algiers- Algeria, May 10, 2024 – Rachid Hachichi, the Chief Executive Officer of Sonatrach, highlighted the strategic importance the group places on supporting and modernizing human resource training, given its impact on company performance. He emphasized the need to intensify training in core professions, according to a statement from the group released on Thursday.
Hachichi made these remarks during a visit leading a delegation of senior executives and representatives of the social partner to the Hassi Messaoud production zone in Ouargla, where he attended a presentation on the recommendations of brainstorming sessions on the theme “Training in Service of Professionals,” launched on May 6, the statement added.
Organized by the Executive Directorate of Human Resources, the meeting saw the participation of over 150 human resource specialists and professionals from the hydrocarbon industry’s value chain, including retirees, university researchers, and representatives of the social partner.
