Sonatrach’s CEO Hachichi Engages in Productive Dialogue with President of Rönesans Holding

ALGIERS- The President and CEO of Sonatrach, Rachid Hachichi, held a meeting today at the headquarters of the company’s general management with Erman Ilicak, the President of the Turkish company Rönesans Holding.
The primary focus of this meeting was to discuss the advancements made in the polypropylene production petrochemical project located in Jihan, Turkey. This project is a collaborative effort between Sonatrach and Rönesans Holding.
It is worth noting that Sonatrach holds a 34% stake in this project and ensures a consistent supply of propane as a crucial raw material. This is made possible through a long-term agreement based on international market prices.
Concluding the meeting, both parties expressed their commitment to generating new employment opportunities and exploring avenues for future partnerships.
