ALGIERS- The Speaker of the People’s National Assembly (APN), Brahim Boughali, is set to depart for Geneva, Switzerland on Friday. Leading a delegation from both chambers of the Parliament, he will participate in the 148th assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU).
According to a statement from the APN, this assembly will take place from March 22nd to 27th. Alongside its proceedings, the Algerian delegation will engage in a meeting of the parliamentary network of non-aligned countries.
Furthermore, the Algerian delegation will hold discussions with other delegations to explore ways to strengthen inter-parliamentary relations.
