Algiers- Algeria, May 14, 2024 – Ahmed Attaf, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Algerian Community Abroad, arrived in Muscat, the capital of the Sultanate of Oman, on Tuesday evening, serving as a Special Envoy of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune. He brings with him a written message from President Tebboune to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, according to a press release from the Ministry.
This visit is part of ongoing contacts and coordination between the leaders of Algeria and Oman, aimed at revitalizing the fraternal relations between the two countries. These relations are rooted in exceptional historical ties and marked by constructive political alignment and beneficial economic collaboration, the statement elaborated.
