ALGIERS– “My uncle, Ferhat Mehenni, disinherited his brother, refusing that the inheritance, consisting of a land, be divided, while, conversely, calls for the secession from Algeria,” wondered the nephew of the terrorist Ferhat Mehenni.
Guest of the Algerian private TV channel ‘El Bilad’, the dissident said that Ferhat Mehenni, the leader of the terrorist movement MAK (the so-called Movement for the Self-determination of Kabylie) objected to the division of the land to grant the inheritors their shares, claiming that “our family should be united and our land should not be divided,” however, per contra, calls for the division of our homeland!

This declaration comes after the coalition of Amazigh associations in Algeria denounced the serious deviations of the terrorist movements, namely; MAK and Rachad, dubbing them as “mercenaries” who disgracefully bowed down to the Moroccan Makhzen and the Zionist Entity.
The coalition of Algerian Amazigh associations said, according to a petition signed by its members, that “these two terrorist movements are the puppets of the Moroccan Makhzen and the Zionist Entity, haunted by their chronic hostility to Algeria”, adding that “they disgracefully bowed down to these hostile parties, serving their malicious goals with the desperate aim to sap Algeria’ security and stability with all propaganda’ subversive tools”.
In this vein, the coalition referred to the illegal activities of the terrorist movement “MAK” in France and abroad to collect, invest and launder money for the purpose of financing secret terrorist activities, in which the senior leaders of this movement were involved, led by the son of the terrorist Ferhat Mehenni, called Aguilas Mehenni.
And to add: “These two movements regularly receive huge sums of money from the Moroccan and Zionist intelligence services to purchase luxurious property in the West…. and on the other hand, they recruit ignominious traitors to incite the Algerian people to violence and wage a civil war in the country.”
The Amazigh associations in Algeria reiterated, once more, their commitment to Algeria’s unity and social cohesion, emphasizing the imperative to resolutely respond to the vile and virulent conspiracies hatched against our beloved country.
“Long live the plural, free and independent Algeria,” concluded the coalition in the petition.
