Unity, Compassion, and Solidarity with Palestine: Reflections from Eid Sermon at Djamaâ El-Djazaïr Mosque

Djamaâ El-Djazaïr, Algeria – President Abdelmadjid Tebboune of the Republic of Algeria performed the Eid al-Fitr prayer at Djamaâ El-Djazaïr Mosque, marking the first Eid prayer held at the grand mosque since its inauguration a month ago. The ceremony, attended by high-profile dignitaries from the state and ambassadors from Islamic countries, underscores the significance of the occasion for the Algerian leadership and the wider Muslim community.
During the Eid sermon delivered by Sheikh Mohamed Mamoune El Kacimi El Hassini, the dean of the mosque, it was emphasized that Djamaâ El-Djazaïr represents a significant cultural and religious achievement for Algeria.
