ALGIERS- The 18th edition of the International Exhibition of Water Equipment, Technologies, and Services “SIEE Pollutec 2023” will take place from May 16 to 18 at the Palace of Expositions (Pins maritimes) in Algiers, announced a press release from the organizers on Saturday.
“The event will bring together Algerian and international key players in the water sector in Algeria,” explained the same source, adding that the local offer is “very dynamic” this year, with 60% of Algerian companies being mainly “market leaders”.
The show will also see the participation of many international companies, representing 12 countries, namely: Turkey, France, China, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Russia, Brazil, Switzerland, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and the Netherlands.
According to the same source, it will also be a space for sharing information and the exchange of know-how through conferences on the key themes of the water market, including the desalination of seawater and the purification and reuse of wastewater.
The organizers also recalled that SIEE Pollutec attracted, in 2022, more than 7,000 professional visitors who came to meet 140 exhibiting companies.
