ALGIERS- Heatwave will hit, today, Thursday, April 27, 2023, different provinces, with temperatures reaching 40° degrees celsius in the shade, as announced by the National Office of Meteorology in a special weather report (BMS).
The office issued a red alert for high temperatures as the mercury climbs to over 40 degrees Celsius in the shade in some parts of the country.
The concerned provinces: Algiers, Sidi Bel Abbes, Tipaza, Relizane, M’sila, Tizi Ouzou, Chlef, Mostaganem, Ain Temouchent, Tlemcen, Ain Defla, Medea, Saida, Boumerdes, Bouira, Mascara, Oran, and Blida.
